Therapy for Teens and Adults -  Gen Alpha, Gen Z, Zoomers, Millennials, Gen X, Baby Boomers and any aged Creatives, can benefit from better relationships after therapy.

Healing from childhood and relationship trauma, anxiety, and ADHD can happen faster and more thoroughly when you work with a licensed psychotherapist.

Therapy is a discrete, healing environment where you can cultivate self-trust, grow in self-esteem, and make sense of the intersectionality of your being. The way we relate to our own unique make up of race, gender, socio economic history and intergenerational traumas, deserves a space to be looked at, and healed with a skillful, kind therapist that cares about you.

Therapy is successful when you feel better, and more confident. You deserve to blossom!

Does this resonate with you?

  • Are you successful at work, but wonder how to fit in healing from past trauma, so you can  feel happier when you aren’t working?

  • Were you raised with a narcissistic, abusive, or mentally ill parent, or sibling, and want help to give yourself what you missed?

  • Do you have a normal life, but feel afraid to get into another relationship after a divorce, or breaking up with a psychopath or sociopath?

  • Are you a survivor of financial abuse, love fraud, or a mugging, and need a place to make peace with human greed?

  • Do you want to learn more about boundaries and stop people-pleasing?

Psychotherapy, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with EMDR and Positive Psychology can help you heal from emotional wounds, make peace with the past, let go and learn new skills to have healthier relationships -  and to achieve your goals. Learning to enjoy life again, and sometimes for the first time, is one of the best gifts of therapy.

Investing in yourself - learning to love yourself, trust yourself, and to make better decisions, is an important part of enjoying life and making the most of your human experience.

What are your dreams and goals, what’s holding you back? What are your actionable steps to move through pain points and into a life of meaning and purpose? What is your strategic plan to build self esteem and achieve success? Life should be a fun adventure - You deserve to blossom!

Meet Sonnet

My own childhood, and history, influenced my decision to become a psychotherapist. I specialize in working with driven, successful people who are navigating anxiety, and ADHD, attention and focus-related issues. I am well trained and passionate about helping survivors of abuse, and other forms of trauma. I have a special interest in helping other creatives and have sold art, patented designs and healed a great deal through the creative process, myself.

I provide my clients the empathy of lived experience, in conjunction with University training and time tested strategies for healing anxiety, and trauma.

“No Surprises Act” Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost (“medical care” includes services provided by psychologists and psychotherapists).

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don‘t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
